RULES FOR ROSE COLLECTORS/ PROCESSORS

Once you become an approved member, you must comply with the following:

1. All applicable legislation i.e Waste Act, Road Traffic Act etc.
2. Your vehicle must be roadworthy.
3. You must have all the required equipment on the vehicle.
4. Your vehicle must be neat and tidy.
5. You must co-operate with the ROSE Environmental Advisor in carrying out the random checklist.
6. Your Operations Manual must have all the relevant documents and checklists.
